Returns & Refunds:

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but for whatever reason you wish to return this to TGH you have 7 days "cooling off" period  as stipulated by the Consumer Contracts Regulations.  Please email us of your intention to return your purchase, which needs to arrive within 14 days of the date of purchase, for either a full or partial exchange provided that the following:

1.  The goods are returned in the same condition that they were sold, including all original packaging.

2.  The goods are a normal stock item and have not been specially ordered at the customer's request.

3.  Delivery charges are NOT refundable. 

4.  All goods need to be accompanied by a valid receipt. 

Damaged goods must be reported to TGH within 24 hours (email together with a photograph if possible).   After this time we cannot accept responsibility for damage reported.   

Description of Goods

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press.  We cannot be responsible for colour variation due to reproduction/browser software, computer systems used by you. 

Vintage

Please accept signs of wear and tear, chipped paint, faded items as genuine vintage goods. "Vintage style" should not be interpreted as vintage.  

Postage

All items are sent via Royal Mail signed for 2nd class, unless otherwise stated.  Posting is everyday except Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
